When it comes to grain storage we can offer both a fully automated grain drying system along with remote stop/start stations on each out-loading auger, or a manually operated system.
Full Automation system with 3 Phase Generator.
Long term grain protection with this system is achieved by the Grainsafe logic controller, with its own weather station to monitor weather conditions for optimal grain drying and long-term storage protection. The controller is a ‘set and forget’ system, it takes care of starting the generator & fans along with shutting the system down when conditions are not optimal for cooling/drying.
This controller has 6 different settings from short term cooling after harvest to long term drying to keep the insects at bay. Very easy to set up, the system comes with its own tablet with an app available for your smart phone.
Also included are stop/start stations on the out-load augers, these cabinets allow the operator to start and stop the generator and control the out-load & sweep augers.
Manual Grain Storage Installation
These systems are built and designed in-house to meet each type or silo manufacture, very similar to the automated version, system includes remote stop/start stations on the outloading augers with a main control cabinet housing all the switchgear.
The system also includes generator stop/start via a manual switch in the cabinet, fault/reset buttons on all motors, outloading & sweep augers are sequenced eliminating jamming when outloading.
This is a cost effective option for one or two silos where long term storage may not be required.
